Attribution
As required by the mentioned above license, when using my photo, each use should be properly described using attribution.
Preferred attribution for rich text (e.g. HTML, DOC, … ), to put next to used item, would look like:

If you use my photos, I’d love it if you let me know what you used them for. You can send me a link or email with a description of your work, use the contact form or leave a comment under the photo.
It is not a condition to use my photos, but I would appreciate it if you could find the time to do so.
